Skeletal brass model of a WW11 Spitfire aircraft Date circa 1945-50.
This iconic fighter was one of the key aircraft which fought in The Battle of Briton circa 1941. The model of the actual aircraft is original the bar support & base have been replaced.
A large red crocodile clutch bag from date c. 1945-50
Soft supple skins through out the interior is in beige leather with crocodile trim to pockets it retains its original small change purse, the silvered clasp to the front is in good strong condition. There is no makers mark, origin South American made for the US market.
An early 20th century silver and Guilloche enamel photograph frame in the form of a four leaf clover. This beautiful enameled piece retains its translucent quality the actual silver work on both the front and the easel support is excellent and it also retains the original morocco leather on the back It has stamped makers marks A A & A S stamped on silver support origin possibly France, circa 1910.
A late 19th century ice bucket and wine bottle holder by Hukin & Heath dedicated to East Lothian Golf Club, circa 1890. The bottle cooler and holder set have a simulated bark designed body to both pieces and mounted in silver plate. The bottle holder seems to replicate a golf bag it has a exterior knob which when turned holds the bottle in position The two handle cooler or ice bucket is fully lined and the handles replicate boar tooth Maker Hukin & Heath Reg No 17037. Bottle cooler numbered 3349 and bottle holder numbered 3350.
